Training gets very personal. Clients often open up about their faults, insecurities, and personal issues. So I feel the need to give you a brief background on myself.

At my heaviest I weighed 225 lbs. I was never athletic in high school or college and had no idea what it meant to eat healthy. I started by running from one light post to the next then resting. Eventually that lead to two light posts, then a mile, then in 2010 I completed the ING New York City Marathon.

I love my job. My client's successes are amazingly fulfilling. I've dedicated my career to understanding how the body works and keeping up with new ways to keep workouts fresh and fun.
